Develop Self Esteem - Free videos to help you build confidence

The starting point for self development is Knowing Yourself. If we know ourselves well, we can learn how to manage our personality, and how we behave and interact with others, at work and at home.

Fundamental to self development progress is your relationship with yourself and at the root of this is your self esteem - how much you value yourself, whether or not you question 'Am I good enough?' in different situations, with different people, facing different challenges.

These videos zoom in on some of the patterns that prevent us from feeling 'good enough'. They give suggestions for changing those patterns and moving towards much more than 'good enough'.

The content of these videos is influenced by AppliedEI™, Transactional Analysis, NLP and the Human Element™.
